Booking Form
Thank you for your interest in booking a tattoo with me! Before submitting a form, please read the following information.
I want to provide you with the best tattoo of my ability, therefore I am accepting only American Traditional and Black and Gray tattoo requests. Examples of my work can be found above or on instagram. All flash can be found on the highlights tab on my Instagram profile. Some of these designs may be repeated, some may not. If you are looking for a custom piece, please include a description in the provided form and in addition 1-3 references of what you have in mind via email. I am happy to mix styles as well!
I do take a non refundable $100 deposit/drawing fee to hold an appointment. This does come off the price of the tattoo, however is forfeited in the event of a no show or last minute change in design resulting in a reschedule.
I price by the piece which is why I ask for budget in the form.
